Although we have made every effort to display the products and colours of them as accurately as possible, they may vary slightly. We are unable to guarantee that the colours your computer’s display will match the colour of the product delivered to you.

Pricing and Payment

The price payable for products shall be as shown on our site in pounds sterling (GBP). The prices displayed on our website are inclusive of UK VAT. Delivery charges are not included in the cost of any products and will be payable in addition. All delivery options and charges are shown at checkout.

The prices which are displayed on our site can be changed at any time without notice. Any changes made will not affect orders which have already been accepted.

We currently accept payment by debit card, credit card or PayPal. We accept the following cards: Visa, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express.

Promotions and Voucher Codes

Our Animology voucher codes entitle you to an offer on your online order from only.

To redeem any voucher code, you will need to enter the voucher code during checkout by clicking the ‘click here to enter your code’ option available at checkout. Here you must enter and click ‘apply coupon’ for this to be added to your order.

If you have a voucher code you wish to apply to your order, you must enter the relevant code during the online checkout process. Voucher codes cannot be applied to orders after they have been submitted.

Only one voucher code can be used per order. Additional terms and conditions for voucher codes may also apply. We reserve the right to decline to accept any voucher code that is invalid for your order or that has expired.

There are no cash alternatives to any voucher codes.

Individual voucher code and promotions terms and conditions;

  1. 10% off your first order – Enter the voucher code displayed on your welcome email. This voucher code can only be used once and cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher code.

When placing an order with us,, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this email does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders placed are subject to availability and acceptance by us.

Once your order is placed, we will contact your bank/ card issuer for authorisation to take payment from your account. Your order will not be processed until we have received full payment, and will only be accepted once dispatched from our warehouse. We will send an email confirming the dispatch and acceptance of your order, at which point the contract between us will be formed.

Please note that all emails will be sent to the email address you provided in your registration form or at checkout, so please make sure you enter this correctly.

Bulk buying is available for non-commercial use only and we reserve the right to reject or cancel your order if we believe you are ordering our products for business or other re-sale purposes.

We will take any action considered appropriate, including removing or suspending an account if we believe you are ordering for business or re-sale purposes.

The delivery of your order will be fulfilled within the timeframe of your chosen delivery option, which is chosen during checkout when placing your order.

Delivery of your order will be complete when the products have been delivered to the address you provided us with at the time of placing your order. From this point onwards, the products will be your responsibility and you will own the products.

By law if you purchase as a consumer you are entitled to a cooling off period of 14 working days beginning on the day you receive the products. If the products within your order are split into several deliveries, your cooling off period will begin on the day you receive the last delivery. During such time you are entitled to cancel the order and return the products to us for a full refund.

If you wish to cancel your order, you will need contact us within the 14 day cooling off period outlined above. Our contact information is available on our [contact us] page. If you decide to cancel your order after the products have been dispatched to you, you must return them to us, in an unused condition before a refund can be processed.

Any refunds or exchanges will be completed within 14 days of receipt of the returned products. A full refund will be processed, excluding return delivery costs. Return delivery costs are the customers responsibility. It is the customer’s choice which postage method is chosen to return the products to us, however we do recommend a tracked service.

Any charges you paid for the delivery of the products to you will be included in your refund, although the maximum refund for delivery costs will be the least expensive delivery method we offer to your delivery destination.

When returning products to us, please retain your proof of postage until your return has been processed. We cannot process refunds or exchanges for products we haven’t received where there is no proof of postage.

We will process any refunds due to you via the method you used for payment.

Our Rights

We may cancel your order (end the contract between us) at any time if:

  • You do not allow us to deliver the product to you within a reasonable time
  • There is a pricing error that is obvious and which could reasonably have been recognised by you as a mispriced product
  • You do not, within a reasonable amount of time, provide us with additional information which is needed to process your order
  • We believe you are ordering our products for business or other re-sale purposes

If we cancel your order, therefore ending the contract between us, in any situation, we will refund any money you have paid to use for the products we have not provided.


On our site we only supply products for domestic and private use. If you use the products bought from this site for any commercial, business or resale purpose, we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

Freebie Friday terms and conditions;

  • The closing date for entries into any Animology Freebie Friday competition will vary. The Animology Freebie Friday competition ends every Monday at 12pm (BST), unless this is a public holiday in which case the new end date and time will be stated clearly within the competition post. Any entries submitted after this time will not be counted.
  • Winners will be announced the same day the competition ends. If the winner does not contact us within 7 days of notification to claim there prize, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and a new winner will be selected.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason.
  • You must be a UK resident to enter.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter this competition, nor is there any fee to entry.
