While we are sure you will love your Animology products we understand that there may be, on occasion, a reason to have second thoughts.
Your rights to return goods, purchased online, are protected under the Consumer Contracts Regulations – which came into force in the UK in June 2014.
Consumers are entitled to cancel their order and return the goods, in the condition that they were purchased, within 14 days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
To return your goods contact us by email or telephone quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days.
All returned products must be received by us in an as-sold condition. Packaging must include instructions, be complete and undamaged. Any item that does not meet these criteria will be not be accepted for return. All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. To return a product, simply call our customer services department on 01772 786864 to obtain a returns authorisation number and then return the product to Group55, Sandbank Estate, Cumeragh Lane, Whittingham, Preston, PR3 2AJ.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
